An update is defined as making a change to your website. This could be anything from adding new images, creating new pages, editing copy, building a blog or adding a twitter feed.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. When you log in as a “personal” subscriber, you will see a notice regarding your current package and instructions on how to upgrade.

We can have most sites live 4-6 weeks. Depending on how many revisions are needed and the complexity of the site, some may take a little longer and some may be shorter.  Since all Monster sites include full management and unlimited updates, we suggest to go live as soon as you like the overall site design, because we can make content or other small changes later as we grow.

As with all marketing and advertising, we can’t make heavy guarantees, but with years of internet marketing expertise, we have a pretty good idea of how to increase traffic.  Most clients experience significant increases in organic and overall traffic once joining the Monster Managed program.  The basis of the initial increase is from improving the site’s SEO and making it more visible to the local search engine directories through NAP audits and citation building.  Every site and goal is different so we study what is needed for each individual client and if needed we will suggest other premium services to aid in the growth strategy that may include PPC, link building, blogging, social media management, or many other strategies our Monsters have perfected over the years.  Read more about our additional marketing services.

Absolutely! We use WordPress, the worlds most popular content management system. You and your team will have full access to create and edit all pages and blog posts on your own. We’re of course more than happy to do this for you as well since it’s included in all packages. Whatever works best for you.

You better believe it.  In fact, this is one of our specialties.  And best of all, our writers are all 100% native English writers.  We’ll write any web page copy you need, at no additional costs (some limitations apply). When you need unique page content, all you need to do is give us a short outline on the topic with required keywords or point us to a reference website.

Well, we haven’t had that happen yet because even if a business closes or sales, we will redesign the site to fit the new brand and new business.  But just in case, you’ll be glad to know there are no contracts – you can cancel at anytime. If you have been with Monster for twelve consecutive months or more, if you cancel your subscription, you can take all website content, blog articles, graphic designs, webpage layout and rendered HTML/CSS. We do not however provide the WordPress theme code, plugins or database files.
